Organizational culture or corporate culture cites to the psychology, attitude experience belief and values of an organization. These values and norms are shared by everyone in the organization, and these values influence the organizational behavior in relation to stakeholders.

Defining culture is not that easy, for determining the same there are some prior things to be noted; on the basis of which the culture can be set. The prior parameters are KRA, Measurement of success criteria, the actual goals to be met, and the measurement of the aim achievement.

There lied difficult in understanding the suitability of certain terms and conditions in employment, hence they weren’t sure of their performance parameters. The performance was measured on grades like average, above average, outstanding. Although at the end what is being done is not that important rather than how it is being done. Strong culture is said to exist where staff respond to stimulus because of their alignment to organizational values.
