1. Tell us something about yourself?
I’m Tulika, I started working at a very early age to learn and experience the corporate world. I have always thrived to do different things. I believe in taking every task as a challenge and completing it in the stipulated time frame. I like making friends and like to maintain them. I like learning new languages and gain knowledge from any source.
2. What is management according to you?
Management is the art of managing things and also getting it done by the right people at the right time.
3. [/b]What is your philosophy towards work?
Work plays a pivotal role in my life. Work is that makes a person who they are.. Making your Client/customer happy is my main objective..
4. Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date?
5. [/b]What motivates you to do your best on the job?
I believe in Self motivation..
6. [/b]Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job?
The fun has been when on Fridays we used celebrate some days like tie day or tapori day and stuff..
7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable?
No! MBA should be done to gain knowledge and put in practice in the corporates. MBA gives you a practical knowledge base of the corporate world. Money shouldn’t be the intention to do MBA!
8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations?
Yes..
9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?
Students should be more outside the classroom than Inside.. Gone are those days when Blackboard and chalk was used to teach students.. MBA is all about practical knowledge..
10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world?
I don’t think so. According to me, MBA is about gaining and acquiring knowledge and implementing them when working..
11. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?
Don’t learn the management concepts.. Understand them and apply them in your day to day life.
12. [/b]What are your views on the Entrance Exams for Professionals courses?
It is important..
13. What do Corporate’s expect from MBA professionals?
They expect them to be experienced and they don’t believe in spoon feeding them by rigorous training as they expect they know it all..
14. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA?
Understand the concepts and imagine yourself working in a corporate and use it wisely when you work.. Make the best use of vacations.. do internship..

MP has helped me personally during BMS.. You are the pioneer in this industry.. I would just want to suggest to continue helping the students as you have always been doing.. It matters a lot to students..
