1. Do yoga to be stress-free for 30 minutes
2. Catch up with a friend
3. Plan a healthy meal
4. Listen to your favourite music
5. Go for a walk after lunch
6. Practice your hobby
7. Compliment someone
8. Try a 5 minutes meditation
9. Face time your family members eg. Grandparents.
10. Unfollow negative people on social media

Be it any individual at some point face a mental stress or have difficulty in understanding there mental behaviour. Habits you can inculcate to be positive in these situations any to understand why the reasons you are stress and act the you did is:
  • Learn to calm yourself down - try and not to get angry and panic you can simply stop talking and take a seat
  • Try exercising or walks- physical activities are the best way to distract ourselves from negative vibes plus you also get to focus on what went wrong
  • Affirmative behaviour (very important) - try to make affermative sentence. This can also include self- talk
  • Persuing a hobby, maintaing a journal , express yourself to your loved ones can also help.

  • Enjoy life and have the ability to laugh and have fun.
  • Are able to deal with stress and bounce back from adversity.
  • Feel a sense of meaning and purpose, in both their activities and their relationships.
  • Are flexible and adaptable to change.
