These admission tests instill a sense of competition in the students applying and if it wasn't for that, the students would have no incentive to study well.
 
Examination process if not rigged create a competitive environment and help in selecting best candidate (not based on previous performance but also based on current performance)
 
i do not agree.
from my point of view these test gives us an idea where we stand among thousand and lacs of students..its help to know our capabilities.
 
Entrance exam is conducted by educational institutes for selecting students for different courses or degrees. Though these examinations can be conducted at any level of education but primarily they are administered at higher levels.

Entrance exam across the world are considered as a visa to step into elite institutions offering professional courses. It is possible for students to pass academic year with minimum marks but in an entrance exam one needs to work really hard to break through the competitive environment successfully. Only those with systematic planning and meticulous training are able to crack these exams.
