Leaders and team building is a common scenario and hence one cannot separate these two iota. Well a leader has to manage whole lot of responsibilities on his small yet powerful shoulders. Speaking about team building, it is a diverse group of individuals with different talents and interests coming together for the good of the entire group. However the responsibility changes as team members become more expert at managing their tasks. Appropriate assignment of responsibility, training of members, define the responsibilities and its parameters as well, design a specific workable plan and use appropriate follow up checks.

Teamwork is a banality that organizational leaders throw around that is killing teamwork in those very same organizations.
