1. Tell us something about yourself?

Myself an Indian Air Force Veteran, Organisation Expert, Motivational Speaker and Versatile Trainer. Presently, working as Regional HR & Admin Manager having diversified experience in all organizational matters for 20 years including defence, govt, semi-govt, corporate and educational. I have also worked as Director (Events, Training & Placement) for Group College (consisting of 9 colleges) wherein I have created incubators with latest technologies creating by students at college platform, latest technology was brought for first time in India for workshops like haptics robotics, 3D game simulation, ethical hacking clouding, management techniques etc.,

2. What is management according to you?

Management is the nerve centre of the organization

3. [/b]What is your philosophy towards work?[/b]

Total Dedication – as there is a saying “Udyogam Purusha Lakshanam” - a person who believes this - the personality of an individual comes automatically in a good manner towards his work and gets success.

4 Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date?

The management was in a Orthodox pattern of working and as the education awareness started the management changed its way towards following the government policies and about welfare of employees for quality manpower and to retain them. When globalization started the western culture started pouring into the management working and the same was moulded to anglo Indian pattern which is now management situations.

5. [/b]What motivates you to do your best on the job?[/b]

Appreciation and love of the staff as I am known as “People’s Man”

6. [/b]Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job?[/b]

While giving presentation everyone was feeling bored and I started creating a atmosphere where we started a game of tongue twister and slowly got into a small joke game and then everyone started sharing their experiences and slowly in between the presentation got completed and later on we all started watching a clip of how to come to office in 2020 wherein the vehicle gets into the purse of a lady after coming to office. The moments of that situation is unforgettable.

7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable?

Earning may be even in 8 digits but the MBA should not be motive of earning. MBA is the study which shapes and tunes you well for future endeavors.

8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations?

Not at all, today the entire working scenario and subjects has changed and still they are in the basics.

9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?

The MBA curriculum has to be designed in such a way considering the present working scenario and requirements of the corporate and practical study has to be included wherein an individual has to undergo the actual working pattern in his studies according to his/her specialization.

10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world?

According to me its yes and also no, as the mindset of the people have become that some institutes are the best and the candidates who are from those institutes will be best. This is not 100% correct. The knowledge is the pertinent in the student, what he knows and what not.

11. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?

Firstly, the students should acquire good knowledge on their respective subject and also think that all human beings are equal, dedication towards work should be there and they should always try to be people’s man.

12. [/b]What are your views on the Entrance Exams for Professionals courses?[/b]

The entrance exams for the professional courses are to be revised and restructured as per present day requirements and omit the irrelevant things.

13. What do Corporate’s expect from MBA professionals?

Professional Knowledge, Good Communication Skills, Supporting Nature, Acceptance to Change, Open to Ideas, Quick Learner and zeal to learn/achieve, Social Responsibility nature , Patriotic, Positive Attitude, Ability to accept and handle Stress (utmost important) and finally Dedication wherein everything includes like discipline etc.,

14. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA?

Gain professional knowledge, good communication skills, be disciplined, patriotic and also be the first to share and help others which makes them as outstanding personality.

15. [/b]"Managementparadise.com has been helping management students from the past 6 years. So according to you, how is MP and what you like in MP? Any suggestions for us?[/b]

I have been associated with MP since 2006/2007 and had uploaded a lot of information and now MP has changed a lot and its little complicated for the freshers who wishes to search some information and I really appreciate MP for making true that Knowledge is to share and its not anyone’s property and it is for the use of mankind..

I would suggest making it simpler for viewing, searching and uploading information on MP.
