One thing that almost everyone stresses that an individual must possess is persistence. Persistence is the quality of never giving up when we encounter challenges.
The scenario is often the same when we read success stories of great leaders; their life is full of hardships they depict moments where they faced failure and confronted people laughing on their failure the discouragement they felt when they faced failures etc.
