This is my summer project report on studying stress levels. I am looking for any material, references and directions for my final project:
Prejudices as a barrier in effective assessment of Interviews
Detail : When HR interviewers assess potential candidates, subconsciously they evaluate candidates on their social, economic, education, racial/ethnic, religion, etc. prejudices arising from these : do they impede the proper assessment of candidates and do some of the prejudices (are they a requirement of the company; For example: while trying to evaluate organisation fit) play a role in selection of these candidates.
Any material in this regard will be great
