Statutory Law- It is law that is written down and available to the people- it is passed in the Parliament, legislative assemblies or municipal corporation-An Act is presented and debated by MPs, MLAs or corporators, owing to which changes are made to it- It can only be passed by 2/3rd majority of the House- sent to the president or governor for ratification
