Should all Pubs gets banned in all over India?

well i think ban pub is nt tht gud decision.it helps to refresh our minds.by the way the people who go to pubs are not kid they know whts gud for them
there can b sum restriction no totally ban[/B]
 
No - this is individual's right whether to enter or not into a pub or any place which does fit into his / her description of morality, ethics etc. etc.
If you start banning pubs, then next step for these goons would one day, I can have a bet, definitely be to ban existence of other religious practices - other than their own.

Pubs are of different kinds and they attract different types of age groups.. The needs of people are varied but have to be conditioned to avoid misbehaviour in the pubs...
The owners should be responsible to keep check on the activities that go on in pubs and hire bouncers and negotiators to handle tiffs.

 
The law prohibits any person below the age of 25 years to be employed at any bar or pub.
The offence is punishable with a fine of up to Rs.50,000 or imprisonment of three months to be levied on the outlet.
Still, nearly 55 percent of those working as service attendants in bars and restaurants are young boys and girls below the age of 25, acc to the survey.
Government should take strict action against Pubs serving minors.
They should be penalized for not abiding the law.
Government should ban bars which serve liquor to children as per the provisions of the law.

Pub Culture is really destroying the Indian Culture too many families get destroyed by alcoholism
 
it make sense..gud question................quite concerning though.............................it is as wrong as saying earth is at top and sky is at bottom.........Should all Pubs gets banned in all over India.............kill them who say so to do.................i will be in last to do so though....i hate violence
 
yes. At first it used to be a place of relaxation and fun. But now the youngsters are more into bad practices like exploiting the women and bad dress sense. They are into habit of drinking liqour . With this ,they are affecting their health and work culture or personal life.
It should be a place of enjoyment and not just a head -ache to the society.
 
I personally feel that pubs are okay but there should be stringent rules that only adults let in these places. On no account should kids allowed in here and a age confirmation proof should be made compulsory in case of doubt.
 
why PUBS??? there are lot of things that need to be banned before we even think abt pubs....start with POLITICIANS
 
no not at all.........to drink or not 2 drink is a choice that shld be left to an individual...especially not now as the fifa world cup is coming.
 
I am not sure if banning pubs will serve any purpose. This will simply increase the black marketing and a live example is Gujarat, where still alcohol is easily available but at a higher cost..

Idea should be to demotivate the youths against pub culture..

Well i dont accept the fact that pubs should be banned....the main reason cited is that" pub is attact to Indian heritage"....do they really feel that???
 
This is not right, pubs should never be banned. Peoples who work daily and after working they go there to get some relax in weekend. Also people going to pub should understand their social and moral manners and should not cross their limits.
