After going through all the theoretical concepts in last 4 sems, I thought V Sem project would be a great opportunity to gain some practical knowledge. Accordingly, I picked up a subject which is very close to my heart.
Setting up a restaurant (a stand-alone restaurant, not a chain of Rest.!) is what I intend doing 3-4 from now. These are the points which I thought could be a part of my Report (much similar to what Kartik suggested).
1. Marketing Strategy – Determine a USP
2. Location
3. Supply Chain
4. Operations
5. Financial Plan
7. Employee Manual
8. Menu
9. Marketing
10. Break Even
I have been collecting information from here and there on most aspects but 'Break Even' is where I get stuck. Please provide me some information on this. Also, if somebody could give me a format how to put down all this information (in a particular sequence, if any) please forward it. Any Feasibility Report would do.
And surely, my report would be on MP, once it is fully complied!
