Research project in marketing

Friends,

I am a newbie to this forum and main objective is to help fellow friends and myself prepare the research project on marketing.

I am currently doing PGDBA from SCDL, Pune and need to urgently submit the project report.

I am little confused as to the topic for my project.

I am a working professional in a reputed MNC IT org. and as such my experience lies in managing the teams and working with client facing teams to deliver the efficient services and manage the operations.

Through this forum, I would like to understand if a project on my work environment deems fit for the marketing stream r not.

Hope I will get positive response and many of you may also enrich your knowledge through my experiences and knowledge.

Managing teams to ensure efficiency in marketing would be a great topic for research in the sales force performance area.

Justify your efforts with numbers or speculations of how it will improve efficiency and improve organisations ROI
