1. Tell us something about yourself?[/b][/b]
I am a student pursuing Msc.(Hons) Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and science Pilani. I was an NTSE scholar during my high school . I have been a poet and writer since I read P.B.Shelley and Robert Frost in my 8th grade in Middle school.
2. What is management according to you?[/b][/b]
Management is not something we only do at work. It is an intrinsic part of our existence. If even a nerve misfires in our brain , we immediately rush to the neurologist ; don’t we?
3. What is your philosophy towards work?[/b][/b]
I am more path-centric than ends-centric. Though sometimes I get lost , but having a hypothetical imperative for anything leads to disaster.
4. Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date?[/b][/b]
Management has gone from the immovable wooden chairs to the boardrooms and conference halls. Lethargy is being replaced by Virility.
5. What motivates you to do your best on the job?[/b][/b]
Money , the more the better.
6. Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job?[/b][/b]
I have fun when I am writing. So , I am jovial when I an doing this.
7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable? [/b][/b]
Yes, why not? If we come down to it . money is something that is associated with class and social stratification. Nobody wants to stay in the underbelly of the city.
8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations?[/b][/b]
I can’t say . haven’t seen most of it.
9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?[/b][/b]
Adopting indigenous practices and integrating it with western practices to come up with an amalgamated approach
10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while[/b] entering into corporate world? [/b][/b]
Yes, Tags are important in today’s world.
11. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?[/b][/b]
I am not qualified enough to give someone else professional advice.
12. What are your views on the Entrance Exams for Professionals courses?[/b][/b]
They are standardized tests. I am of the opinion that standardization kills talent.
13. What do Corporate’s expect from MBA professionals?[/b][/b]
To make them money. (Everything eventually will trace its way back to monetary imperative) We wish to think that we are different. But once the glitter is in front of our eyes, nothing stops us.
14. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA?[/b][/b]
Second hand advice is as dangerous as a sword without a sheath. Find your own niche.

MP is a good forum for students in B-schools. It will provide the necessary leverage to shoot up.
