Hello sunanda, this post is really helpful, but i would like to tell you some facts that will just blow up your mind. Questionnaire is not the considered as standard way to collect information but, it is used because it has myriads of advantages and the probability that if the questionnaire designed is perfect and effective then chances avail that the result would also be effective.
