Is it necessary to trial the lone terrorist caught in the Mumbai ordeal??
Is it necessary to provide a lawyer to defend his case when he himself has admitted he is a terrorist??
Why cant we straight away hang him??

Are our politicains playing a game in the hindsight of elections???

Why can't we as a citizen of India demand to hang him straight away as all the evidences are agianst him???

Guys pour in your views....
 
yes i too think tht qasab shud hanged instead of being trialed....................he has no right 2 live after takin lives of many people............
 
I think... court should give him capital punishment rather than waiting for another terrorist activity or hijack demanding this terrorist to be released from jail in excahnge for the innocent common man....:SugarwareZ-208:
 
No, it is not required. I agree we are from Gandhi ji's country and our motto is to forgive and forget but i don't think so even a single family who has lost their near and dear one's will be interested in forgiving or forgetting such a sinful act. Qasab should be hanged till death and his death should be a lesson to all the terrorists.
 
when he himself has admitted he is a terrorist, Then there is no need for any lawyer to defend him. We should make more intense investigation to reveal the real culprit behind the act. and He should be hanged to give strong message to all the terrorist.

It is not wise to say We are gandhian to forgive acts of terrorism. if we did then, terrorist wont stop cowardly act.
 
well , tht guy came there expecting to die ...these ppl hav been taught with soo many corrupt ideas that they would die for those evil causes. But they are the bad people ..not us... we respect and follow a system of law which is responsible for order in the country . we dont jus hang ppl wen we think somthing lik barbarians . we'll hang him , but i think , we as civilised ppl should prove ourselves to be bttr than those men by doin it sticking to the boundaries of law. the recent trend to question the democratic and law machinary is jus gonna end in total chaos

Everything doesn't work by might alone dear friend, there is the pen which is mightier than the sword..
We have a constitution and a law which has to be enforced at the right time..
Terrorism is growing by the day and there is no end to it. Therefore, we have to find a solution, in this case Qasab is the solution, thorough which the government can extract valuable information to gain leads about the where-abouts of his other associates.
Hence the delay...
Have patience friend, time will bring a lot to offer...

Well now what more information is required. We have already provided all the information to Pak Government, all tests are conducted on him & still there is no solution to this. We dont want terrorists, criminals roam freely as its proven that our Judicial system takes years and years to convict the terrorists. What in the mean time there might me another attack and the same thing repeats. We need to set an example in front of these bas***** so that no one can kill our innicent people.
