Hi guys,
Public sectors job are more secured than private sectors. I agree in private sectors are employee are hard worker, growth opportunity are very good. But people in private sectors have no limit of time to work they continuously work 24 hour in deadline of project. Not this even in daily routine they usually work 10 to 12 hour.
Due to this lots of health problem are occurring in day to day life like mental pressure, Blood pressure. Tension etc. On the other hand people in public sector due to security of job have no tension and no health problem.
