Project on HR manual needed

Hr manual is basically a manual which comprises of all HR policies of the company .

Rules and regulations from salary to benifits etc etc etc

Legal implications would be maternity leave , compensations etc.

So.. you get the point .. The manual which contains all hr policies of the company = hr manual.

M i right guyz ? Id be glad if ne1 can explain this better to the new ( unknown member who hasnt introduced herself in the intro section but still needs help and wants to be active ) member.
 
well...dunno wot u mean by intro exactly...my profile needs to be worked on i think...hehe...anyway...i wanna know if there r some books or prolly some good site where i can find the basic stuff...i tried looking but all it includes are hundreds of thousands of policies...
 
Hr manual is all about hundreds of thousands of policies .. i have a document on it.. will upload it as soon as i find some time.
