You've seen the name of the college? its new in the creed..
So guides think wiki is not a reference-able source and we yet have to evolve to use google.

Being our first time in TY, all the guides have a lot of standards! and they dont know whether they are doing a project for PhD or BMS.

That's why No one really knowing what synopsis is, So I made my own synopsis, Now Guide doesn't respond and No one knows what to do.. Even I dont know if my synopsis is acceptable or not

Books is what my guides prefer! Any suggestions for books? at least 5-10 small/medium/large/related books?

Dont subdue your standards. I recently got tipped that ISB Hyderabad has appointed people in the library to do the data mining for students so that they can focus on analytical skills. I'm assuming MP is a major source for data mining there.

Yes, reading books is as much important though, you may refer to Aswathappa and Stephen robbins for Organisational behavior. You may find many more names of authors in the HR section.
