Concurrent evaluation studies will be conducted, from time to time, to take corrective measures. Also p evaluation studies are taken up of some of the clusters under SFURTI to find out the deficiencies and drawbacks in the implementation of the Scheme.
The release of funds is cluster specific. The funds are released directly to the Nodal Agencies on receipt of utilization certificate and depending on actual physical progress. Funds for development of clusters are kept in a separate account by the NAs which are audited.
