kool yaar...It all began four decades ago. With a vision to be one of India’s leading organisations and contributing towards putting the country on the global map. To this effect, K Raheja Corp. built a strong foundation, strengthened by the interpersonal bond we share with all our people, associates and customers.
The objective of my project was Policy Formation of the company. This was done by comparing the policies of two different companies i.e. TATA CHEMICALS Ltd. and BAYER.
The objective behind this was to have a proper formatted, updated policy document which had not been updated from past 8-9 years.
Also based on my observation and interaction with the employees I have proposed certain changes in the existing policies which would be beneficial for the employees.
Second objective was to carry out Recruitment at K RAHEJA CORP. Though recruitment for higher positions is outsourced, Rest of the recruitment was done by the HR Department.
