PROFITABILITY RATIOS :
As a result of improvements in the working results, there has been improvement in several profitability ratios during 2003-04 as indicated.
The Bank has declared an interim dividend of 10% during November 2003. Taking into consideration, the overall profitability position, the Board of Directors is pleased to declare a dividend of 25% for the year inclusive of the interim dividend.
