hi dipesh,
well friend i understand the pressure of lat year esp. 5 semester but its not like that people join classes for fifth sem because its tough or something else,
see joining classes or not its just about a person view about a particular subjects . i have seen people passing with good mark without joining classes and also of that kind who join classes but no use of that.
joining classes in 5sem can prove a right thing in terms of case study cause classes. we can say that FM paper is tough but its not that much tough that one cannot pass it without joining classes. joining classes is more than being on safer side .as we enters in 5sem we found ourself buys with 100 marks projects and many other thing at that time classes plays an advantageous role .
So friend dont be too nervous about 5 sem. Just study and have faith in yourself.
all the best ...........

I m a third yr student of b.com(h) nd financial mgt is a part of my syllabus dis year... Even i m thinking of taking sum pvt tuitions

Why students need private tutions:

Fewer distractions. In a classroom setting, noise and other interruptions from peer groups can hugely affect your child's performance.
Choose your tutor. You can choose a tutor that has a style or personality that suits your child, and if it's not working you can find another one.
Focus on specific areas. A private tutor is able to focus on specific areas that your child may be having problems with.
Perspective. A tutor will be able to impart a fresh perspective on the subjects your child is covering. Enthusiasm. If you are using a specialised tutor say for maths tutoring, they are likely to have a passion for their subject.
Catch-up. Sometimes your child may have missed key points in the syllabus that are now holding them back from understanding the more advanced concepts
Shy children can ask questions. A lot of children may be too shy to ask questions in class and may then miss out on key points in their subjects.
Coverage. A private tutor is able to cover a lot of detail in a short time. They can work at your child's pace and become very familiar with your child's capacity for learning and the methods that work best with your child when explaining sometimes advanced concepts to them.
