SC. What is management according to you? [/b][/b]
According to me management means “to manage men”. But to manage men first we have to manage ourselves such as- being punctual, being organized, having control over us – as what we do. Then only we can manage people.
SC. Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date? [/b][/b]
Till few years back though there was management in every organization, it was not at all effective or partially effective but now days without an efficient management no organization can achieve its objective. The changes that have taken places are- skilled employees, prevention of wastage of resources, measurement of performance of employees, etc.
SC. What motivates you to do your best on the job? [/b][/b]
Co-ordination and group responsiveness.
SC. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable? [/b][/b]
NO, we can earn 6 digit salaries throughout the life. But what we should earn at first is the work experience.
SC. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations? [/b][/b]
I don’t know about any other colleges but the college I am studying in i.e., Indian Institute Of Planning and Management, Kolkata is offering such course contents that are at par with industry expectations.
SC. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world? [/b][/b]
Partly yes, but the main thing that matters is the course contents and how they are shaped for such corporate exposure by that college.
SC. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?[/b][/b]
”NEVER SAY DIE”.
SC. What do Corporate’s expect from MBA professionals? [/b][/b]
They expect correct knowledge, decision making ability, good communication skills and on job skills.
SC .What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA? [/b][/b]
Do not take this course only because your friends are doing it. If you really have the passion to become a manager of a company or to become a part of Corporate life then go for it.
SC. "Managementparadise.com has been helping management students from the past 6 years. So according to you, how is MP and what you like in MP? Any suggestions for us?[/b][/b]
In MP we come in contact with different MBA students and how they are doing their projects, articles, etc .So we can refer their WORKS and also upload our projects.
