buddy, your topic is very good. what i can suggest to you is to cover all the Benefits like VRS, CRS, Pensions, the Extra Cover of insurances and the schemes like Secured Services for Relatives or family members.

he covere the bank people condition and also benefits and disadvantage of being in bank...

You can take up golden hand shake case in sbi, also the attrition rate in banks is quite high in regards with global scenario so probably can touch those points.!!
 
I guess u cud meet da BAnk HR managers n stuff....prepare a quessitonnare abt wt u wanna kno....da backgroud u find out 1st....n then ask ques on their policies n y it is, n hw it beifits da employees!!!
1st frame da ques....n then u cn do may b comparative study of 2 banks...n give ur suggestions as 2 which 1 is better of da 2, n give suggest measures of ur own...
actually even m doin on HR n i spoke 2 my project guide, Mr. Cyrus Gonda, he suggested tht u hv 2 put ur suggestions as a manager, thtz most crutial...thought of sharing dat...
