PLANT AND MACHINERY
For manufacturing 24 MT of tooth paste per annum the unit will require the following plant and machinery:
1. Planetary/mixer, SS type 316 in swg.jacketed complete with heater and motor capacity 100 liters

2. Storage tanks A1 capacity 250 Litres 4


3. SS homogenize capacity 15 Kg 1


4. Distillation unit, capacity 100 litres per day 1


5. Baby boiler, 100 psi with water feed pump and other auxiliaries/hot oil circulation with pump and motor complete 1


6. Tooth paste filling machines hand operated, SS capacity 10 kg/per-hour 1


7. Crimping M/c hand operated 2


8. Weighing scale, capacity 300 kg platform type 1


9. Weighing scale, capacity 50 kg platform type 1


10. Polythene/glass carbouys, SS minor, bowls, etc and other misc. eqpt LS


11. Lab. Equipment LS


12. Pump and overhead water storage tanks with fittings



Electrification and installation is estimated to cost approximately 10% of cost of M/c and Equipments. Office equipment and working tables, etc., are estimated to cost Rs. 45000. pre-operative and preliminary expenses are estimated at Rs 20000.
