For validation purposes, the researcher will pre-test sample instruments through conducting an initial survey to at least five respondents. After the initial survey, the researcher will ask the respondents to “identify parts of the questionnaires which require necessary improvements”. The researcher will also ask for suggestions and other corrections and considerations. The researcher will then “examine the contents of the instruments to facilitate determination of irrelevant questions”. It will be necessary to edit follow the process.

Data Analysis

In the first stage, a qualitative data analysis will be utilized. The qualitative data gathered will be subjected to content analysis. The process will “involve relevant themes from the interview responses and categorize them” accordingly. From the derived themes, similarities and differences will be induced and compare. Before referring it as a case study first get to know about what is Organisational Structure

An organizational structure defines how activities such as task allocation, coordination and supervision are directed towards the achievement of organizational aims. It can also be considered as the viewing glass or perspective through which individuals see their organization and its environment.
