Thus, such work issue is visible within a smudged workspace as such software users performed the initial process but were not involved in such decision planning as it may be helpful to introduce structural metaphor into the bank which can lead to new ways of looking at old issues of the software in use. Aside, the brain have been compared to technological innovation as there relates to computer metaphor the software metaphor in particular as tendency of humans to see patterns and structures everywhere is well documented and probably has its survival value as there is presence of the software-mind metaphor for the situation basis as the brain and the computer are thinking machines and that the latter is product of the former. Thus, the computer metaphor is an unusually tenable and potent one and that further enhanced should organic or quantum computers transpire.

Then, the brain must be learning, self organizing, entity and that, the brain's very hardware must disassemble, reorganize, restructure and in response to data. In most man-made machines, the data is external to the processing unit. It enters and exits the machine through designated ports but does not affect the machine's structure or functioning as not so the brain reconfigures itself with every bit of data and then one can say that new brain is created every time single bit of information is processed. The brain metaphor provide way to approach organizational learning the way you would approach individual learning: by building trust in the teacher, enthuse commitments to learning goals and provide availability of tools. The knowledge of software users of ABC bank can be duplicated in the remaining half, not in the sense that there were one of a kind but, in the sense there maybe pooling enough knowledge and creating new organizational structures, the employees were able to reconstruct the functions performed by the people who perished. The ability to survive the disappearance of working parts of the system does not strike us as particularly difficult in an organizational setting: after all, humans are adaptable and can work harder under difficult situations than under normal conditions.
