dude u can take the example of Mcdonalds coz ven it was 1st launched in india it had failed bcoz Mcdonalds is basically a non-veg specialist and they came up wid d same items to india & at at dat time 80% of india had a population eating only veg. and then they studied this thin nd introduced new veg menu's.... and u know how successful Mcdonalds is 2day..
u can also take the example of pan parag.. one of india's most successful companies....
