Need Help in Project on Managerial Communications

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this and would really appreciate a little help. We are assigned a project wherein we would have to visit the Managing Directors (face to face) of certain compainies and putforth question on how they manage time.

I'm a little lost because we are meeting the MD's and need some more question ascertaining their use of time management techniques in their daily routine and seek an advice on how an enterprising MBA student could cope up with the mounting pressures on their time.

I would really appreciate if I could get some assistance at the earliest as the dates of the appointment are nearing.

Dear mba@xlri, the difficult part would be getting the appointment of MD's of successful companies. Once in, you just have to let them describe their routine work and gauge an understanding on how they manage time. Its more of an exploratory question and direct questions like how do you manage time wouldnt reveal the required answers.

MD's and CEO's are generally people with a balanced head, so go with an open mind and experiment
