NEED ADVICE on MAKING A PROJECT

Hi people...
Iam making a Project report on how a MANGMENT COLLEGE SHOULD BE AND WHAT FEATURES IT SHOULD HAVE.
I have just 2 days left to submit this.....so I would appreciate it if all of you would give thier opnion on what THEY FEEL IS NEEDED IN A MANAGMENT COLLEGE
1: facitlites
2:campus
3:location
4: faculty.

etc...etc,... as in I require a deep thought look out not just a simple thought as in a swimming pool in a managment coll !! lol !!

In short, if your Opnion did count and you were asked to give inputs for bringing up a MANAGMENT INSTITUE.....WHAT WOULD YOU SAY???

well a very nice topic here is my list

good teachers
good infrastructure

good canteen (very imp and even good food in it)
internet for students for projects
seminars from management ppl to give students practical knowledge
