<h2>Narendra Modi will be the first Prime Minister to visit Israel</h2>
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the first prime minister to visit Israel. However Narendra Modi has received myriads of reprimand for his tours lately, but it seems like that did not have any impact on him. No dates have been finalized for Mr. Modi’s Israel visit which will take place on mutually convenient dates, Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj said. Ms Swaraj said she would be travelling to Israel this year, besides Palestine and Jordan. India has maintained the diplomatic relations with Israel in 1992. None of the other Indian prime minister has visited Israel.
Former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was the first Israeli PM to visit India in 2003, but since then there is no such visits took place only former foreign minister S M Krishna travelled to Jerusalem. “As far as my visit is concerned, it will take place this year. I will visit Israel, Palestine and Jordan. As far as prime minister’s visit is concerned, he will travel to Israel. No dates have been finalized. It will take place as per mutually convenient dates,” she said replying to a question at a press conference.
Describing Israel as a friendly country, Ms Swaraj said India had never “let down” the Palestinian cause and it will continue to support it. Talking about government’s efforts to reach out to various countries, she said Mr. Modi would visit five Central Asian countries including Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan when he travels to Russia to attend the BRICS Summit.
Opposition party have targeted Narendra Modi for not fulfilling the promises which he made during the time of elections such as increase in employment and development and the results after his one year tenure seems to be minimal and not up to the mark. It is difficult to make change, but we hope that people should experience the change soon and truly utter “Ache Din Aa Gaye”.
