During first anniversary of Narendra Modi government was showered with lots of criticism for his foreign visits. Well, his consistent visit is at halt now, and even God must be thinking about his strenuous visits so, he added tinge of his magic to bring Narendra Modi at halt. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to his constituency Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday has been cancelled due to rains, officials said.

This is the second time when PM Modi’ visit to Varanasi has been cancelled. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to visit his constituency Varanasi on Thursday but could not make it due to heavy rain and waterlogging at DLW ground, rally venue. Earlier, The PM rally was slated for June 28 but due to heavy rain that event was also cancelled and BJP announced that at this stint better arrangement have been organized.

Due to heavy rain and appalling weather, Power Grid Corporation of India had been asked to erect a special waterproof pandal at the venue. Three special technicians were called in from New Delhi and a large number of workers had worked round the clock to prepare the venue for the PM's visit, Sanjay Bhardwaj, a BJP functionary, had said.

A special floor was made by first laying bricks and then covering them with plywood, he said, adding that water pumps had been installed to meet contingencies. Those water pumps were put to use this morning. The venue had been prepared to seat more than 20,000 people.

Well, this inclement weather relented Prime Minister Narendra Modi from inaugurating power project scheme and to open a trauma centre at the Banaras Hindu University during his visit.

This incessant and inclement weather have relented stormy Narendra Modi but, he might be uttering, Varanasi! Hoping to see you soon.
