Hello folks,
This thread is basically created to inform the people something very clearly.
Today's GD session was a disaster because a guy named Rachit Malhotra (yahoo id rachitmalhotra21) started misbehaving very badly, using personal remarks and crude language. Hence I thought of sharing my views with all the members of ONLINE GD
Well let me make one thing very clear to all the participants. First of all you are supposed to read all the guidelines. Everything has been laid out in a clear cut format and properly linked. This means, that if u are there in a particular thread in the GD section, u can access all the links.
You must be self conscious to take the GD with utmost seriousness. Please remember that you are being continously monitored and only those people who are serious about the session shall be considered.
Once inside the conference room, you are supposed to maintain absolute discipline. This means no unnecessary chit chatting and indecent behaviour which would spoil the decorum of the conference. These rules have been laid out so that you can behave in the same way as in the original GD session. Just imagine that if you are going for a B-school's GD and are not serious about it.... then you are bound to lose marks and forget about getting selected.
Hence, you need to ensure that you behave formally, which is what is expected of you.
If you are not sure whether you can shell out 30 mins or not, then avoid participating. You would just be marring someone else's chance to participate and would be banned from future sessions. Don't take the chance as ur legacy but an opportunity where u can improve urself.
Also ensure that u have gone through the threads mentioned in the bulletin board (the NEXT GD thread) completely. I have come across so many participants who are just reluctant to read despite every bit of info being laid out for them and then coming to me and asking the same question repeatedly. The negativity of this reflects on ur bad managerial skills that you can't follow rules and guidelines despite told.
Once inside the conference, you are supposed to strictly abide by what the GD Taker tells you. Non-compliance will not be tolerated. I hope i would be getting better participation and response from all the participants for the future sessions.
Regards,
Gaurav (GD Taker)
