Plz elaborate.. Vishal if you go through some of your posts in this thread there has always been a kind of hold back on what u have to say..!! Frst it was permission frm CFO than time constraint and nw the last post (being not suitable).!! Now if i say that the forums are open ended discussion boards wherein u can put anything than it would be sounding like a repetitive bot i have kept in this thread..!!

But thats the fact if you have something on mind jst disclose each and every tiny bit of it..!! Dont hold back..!! We like this community to grow and if some1 is having problem with some instance we would like it to be solved rather than loosing you not posting in the forums..!!

Plz provide us xerox of your thoughtsound: on a serious note do let us knw the prob, so a solution can be sorted out..!!:big_grin:

I hope u have read bhavin's posts carefully coz poor thing has mentioned in almost every post that this is an open ended thread and neone can comment... bsides at MP we let the member decide whether he's worth MP or not.... so if u have decided that u're worth MP u're right and if you think u're not again u're right.... I agree u were offended by me but I guess I appologised dear and I genuinely felt that there was a better way if presenting ur comments but that never meant that we dont consider u as a member.... Its just the way of presenting even if it was on purpose which was not acceptable to me

wtf... what mail man??? and as i said, constructive criticism is always beneficial and welcome and useless talks and non-sensical mud slinging always condemened. U engaged in useless arguments and that is why, we all didn't like it. As i said 2-3 posts back, put all ur points in a proper layout, giving proper logical as to why they should be implemented. Kartik has already talked of some that they would be implemented and hence talk of those which u feel should still be there..

i don't understand what mail r u talking of... Maybe u got a fake mail, otherwise u r just trying to confuse everyone. Either way, if u have got anything constructive, bring it up! Don't get emotional... Things work with logic and not emotions.

see the reason for outburst is simple
1. I agree my tone was harsh/Impolite in the initial posts
2. I have already written twice i will explain the reason.. as it was with purpose
3. If u read my other posts you might accept... am generally polite in my tone
4. Even the post i wrote last morning, was on a soft note.
5. But if every one is gonna pounce on me...
warning me to be polite... and maintain a low note
why should i hear?
who is gaurav? what is his stature.. what is his expereince in life? Does he know whom is he talking to?

What i feel is,v all can have our own views and it's not mandatory that everyone should agree to them.Guyz grow up and leave the issue here.V should learn from our mistakes that whats is important.shed this feeling of animosity if u have any and try to talk normally.
MP's@ have v shown any improvement on the issues rasied by vishal?
Vishal@ First try to list the strenghts of anyone if u r that much eager to talk abt area of improvements.It's always helpful in mitgating the harsh feelings..It's a good practice....try it!!

Well i found a very similiar critique in another forum... the person came, blabbered something and went away... Initially, i thought that, that person had come there to make some sense, but later on realised that, that person had merely come there to gain attention... That person got that and then went away.. I am still waiting to see whether that person will come back or not...

At last i got time to read Vishal's Post...Now its My turn i Guess.......

Its been almost two years i think.. since i first visited this site..

Let me give some background.. which probably give some weightage to the mail...
I used to be working from home and be online for around 16 hours on an average
With time i explored 1000 of sites and registered 80% of those
but remain active with only a few of those
I had decided that i wanted to be very active member at mp...
and so i decided with a few other sites..
the other sites.. some related to management... HR... MObiles... Gossip/Humour... Harry Potter.. all of these i could remain active comfortably.. but it never happened with MP..

but i joined MP.com when i just started Bms u can say when i was in Sem-1
during that time just visited a site for 2 mins and thought of it has a boring site .. because our Admin kept the projects on the hompage itsellf and nobodys care about the forums ... ppl use to visit homepage took wht they want and left ... nt even thought of visitn the forums...i was one of them...
but after few days i register the forums visited twice a days no reply no reponse the site is borin.............and most of the time forums down....

then when i finished sem1,2,3 then i thought of sharing my internet knowledge for others ... because by that time i released that without internet u can't finish ur projects ...verybody needed help....

so from Sem-4 i started visitin the site frequ...

Still i dont feel that the site has grown from the day i visited the site for the first time ....in Sem-1 ...............uptil now........

Well i think everyone makes their preception on the basis of treatment they got.With me it's been a great stay here at MP....I must say that by the time when more kindred souls will join this community it's going to be a great place.I m trying and have requested all my friendz to be the part of it.

Trust me...i might have diffrent view from all of u...but i personally have no issues with speed...probably bcaz i might have a SOLID connection:big_grin: ....but these issues takes time.I think v should give considerable amount of time for improvement.
Lastely v all here are from diffrent deptt...Like u r doing BMS i have done Btech and now working.But still there is common intrest v all r sharing.Lets try and help each other to ultimatly help ourselves.
