Money or Job Satisfaction ?

It totally depend on situation if you are the only person on whom your family is dependent then obviously you will go for money.

Even if you do a job in your most liked field you have lot of constraint on your creativity by your company. They have big processes to implement your ideas. Which again starts boring you.

Complete satisfaction we need to do our things as per our way and which in turn need our own company / consultancy or whatever.

initially it will be money....later on...when u have had enough...it may change to job satisfaction

Long rung the satisfaction will matter. Its that will foster creativity and spring board the career. People who choose just for money get lost in a few years and are never successfull long term

Some ppl say it is job satisfaction bt I doubt.When a person is not happy with the salary he receives,I doubt his concentration on the work.So finally it boils down to huv much money is hitting your bank account. When ppl say job satisfaction then why do ppl negotiate salaries when they move from one job to another.Ideally,they should move with same salary if they say job satisfaction is the key component.So money wins over mind.

It is as per the situation if you are the only 1 to run the house you would prefer money and not job satisfaction and when you start earning and you find that every one is satisfied at home, I think you automatically gets satisfied practically speaking.

for me Job Satisfaction will be my first priority...........
but there is one more thing. .............
i feel i will get satisfaction in my job when ill be offered HIGHER salary....

From my point of view money does matter a lot for the young people who just entered into the job. But when they have a long term work experience then they will give first preference to their designation and work satisfaction instead of money. So it depends on the conditions.
