My philosophy is very simple: perform your passions and make your work your passion.

Learning motivates me. I mean being a position of VP Marketing and sitting idle doesn’t make me happy but being a Asstt. Marketing Manager and understanding the concepts and functioning of market will motivate me.

Still waiting……………………….

7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable?

Well not exactly, but ya I slightly agree. If a person is spending 6 Digit during is MBA, then he is expected to earn return on it. Let me share you an experience with you: Once I was travelling in rikshwa and I started talking with the puller. He told me that he earns 300 Rs. daily. Next day I got a mail indicating a package of 10k. I was shattered and thought why MBA education is treated as a blue collar labor in India. This experience always makes me depressed, frustrated and aggressive (even now too).

Yes, not considering C or D grade MBA shops, good colleges are working on these grounds only.

9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?

The quantity of MBA colleges should not increase like they presently are. There should be some benchmarks and quality of education should also be increased. Less colleges but perfect students. Those who want to go in sales should go for 1 year diplomas.

Not 100% but ya it makes a little difference.

You have to make you mind so sharp that you can solve any management problem even if you are sleeping. For management work one should have 110% knowledge of his field, strategic mindset, interpretation skills and many more qualities. If you want to work for just 10-4pm then please change your mind and don’t spoil your life and others seat.

12. What are your views on the Entrance Exams for Professionals courses?

the thought of ‘Entrance exams’ is good. But they are not taken seriously. With the power of money Exams, GD, PI and everything can be purchased.

13. What do Corporate’s expect from MBA professionals?

A Corporate always expect a MBA should have strategic thinking and analytical skills. Be it sales or marketing, finance, hr, operation guy, A MBA graduate should not be a moron who do only what is said to him.

14. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA?

See, If you want to earn money only then please don’t come for MBA. And if you can’t afford a good college, then please don’t go for MBA because cheap college degrade your skills. Don’t get demotivated, there are n number of areas where you can sharpen your skills and passion.MBA is not ONE MASTER DEGREE FOR ALL BACHELORS.
