Purpose of our project is to provide a snapshot of the marketing strategy of the XYLO, the MPV launched by UV king Mahindra. The reason for choosing Xylo as the product of our study is its completely different marketing strategy. Anand Mahindra, VP of Mahidra group has taken a risky decision of launching the vehicle in the recession period. The aggressive market penetration strategy by Mr.Rajesh Jurikar, Chief of Operations has proved Anand Mahindra right who believes that recession is in the mind.
