Y dont u continue with same concept of giving Cash for MP Rupees earned till you find a good concept to use MP rupees.

This will motivate more people to come on site and help others or ask for help.

Not able to make judgment of matrices and conditionals to establish a feasible way of linking mp rupees to earnings in a way such that MP doesnt go in debt burden.

We wouldnt want to go overboard soo much soo that the site goes in debt.

Well What I feel atleast Start Payin to all those who upload Projects and one who get many Thanks for tat project should get Rs.5/- per Thanks given by 10 members or something.

I hope this Idea mgt help you.

But do start someway to make people start uploading more Projects and helping others.

Easier said than done Anant. There are tens of thousands of thanks on the site and paying 5 rs per thanks gets us in debt of millions while the site is bearly able to sustain the hosting fees levels and salaries to staff.

How about decreasing the ration of MP Rupees is to real Rupees so that site gets better content than Debt.

yes priyanshu, working out ways to do that and seems it will materialize soon ! Until then take it as an appraisal for performance.
