Dis is how It looks On Ur Desktop 
Ur website forums on ur desktop aint tht fantabulous.!!
Here's how you can put it on your desktop:
1. Right click on your desktop & click on properties.
2. Go to the tab where it says "Web"
3. Click & enable "Show web content on my desktop"
4. Click on the button which says "New"
5. Add http://www.managementparadise.com/forums in the "Location" textbox
6. Click okay & okay again if it asks whether to make the page available offline
7. Click okay & close the properties window to go back to the desktop
8. You will see a small window on your desktop which has some forum content. Resize it to fit to the right hand side of the screen
9. Right click on the desktop again [clear area]. Point to "Active Desktop" & then click on "lock desktop items"
[whether you have this feature or not will depend upon which operating system you are using]
10. That's it! Now you can see the people who are online at the forum & the last ten recent posts right from your desktop
Facts about the forum on desk feature:
It does not install anything on your computer. It's simply a web page that is displayed on your desktop. The program runs on our server & the page is refreshed every two minutes to deliver up-to-date content from the forum
