Hello Sir,
I am Bhavya Kerney. I have cleared my BMS this year in August 2009.
I had few doubt about my career path. Before that this is how my educational background looks like.
SSC -- 2004 --- 68.13%-- First Class
HSC -- 2006 --- 53.67%-- Second Class
BMS (Overall %age) --2009 -- 71.18%-- First class.
I have been selected for an MBA program by California Lutheran University, USA (November 2009 Intake) which is ranked 18th in Western USA. I have got my admission confirmation letter (I-20) from the university and have also cleared the VISA Interview.
As i have scored well in my BMS I am getting admission in University of Melbourne, Australia as well which is ranked 37th Worldwide.
I am yet to start the application procedure for University of Melbourne, Feb 2010 Intake.
However, I understand that Australian University is a better option, but I am confused about the Jobs in USA and Australia.
I am looking out for a Permanent Residence (PR). But to survive I would require a JOB. And as I have completed my Graduation I don't have any work Experience after graduation as required. Will this fact affect my CV while looking out for jobs in Austraia or USA.
I am really confused about my admissions in USA or Australia. And moreover, does an MBA degree in today's competitive world hold that glory and competitive edge required by various organisations.
I wanted a guidance regarding which country should I select for my further education.
USA is HIT by recession, but is recovering as per the economy watch website as per 4th Sept 2009.
Australia is having a jolly good time. But jobs related to management and administration are very less as compared to jobs in the fields of accounting, Finance, Medical and Health Services.
Also, what should be the basic job profile that I must expect after my MBA.
Thanks a lot for reading my query.
Thank You for your help and support.
Kind Regards
Bhavya Kerney
