management certificate v/s experience

both of them are important but if you are applying for a new job, certificate is more important i think...
 
MBA is nt like the usual degree.It doesn't get over as soon as you pass the exams.The course teaches you with the tools to face a manageral level prblm.So having a degree and applying the doctrine learned in the B-school in work situation will complete a manager.So the Degree and the experience together will make a complete MBA.The one w/o other will nt be useful.
 
hey guys,

this is my first post in this forum, i feel certificate plays an imp part and without certification u loose a lot. Because certification helps u out in moving up the ladder fast, just experience doesnt help u out much.

i can give a good example in our Co, but it will be a big story, but i totally believe certification plays very imp role in moving up.
