Male Manager Vs Female Manager

IMO, female and male managers are equally competent.

In an aggregate form male managers will be the best. However there are also some female like Indira Nooyi and Mazumdhar shaw who are outstanding.

There is nothing to talk about gender issue... Which could handle the job is better... that's it...

My point is that the combination of a combination makes the best management teams. Nevertheless there might be tendencies that male managers are more dominant in construction - somethng most males are anyways more interested, while females are more present in consumer goods. Might be, but not necessarily. I think it is most interesting to see how a male would look at consumer goods and a female at construction. This could provide really valuable insights.

If you are talking about site oriented, male managers definately have and advantage, and are better suited. Especially if it comes to managing the factory workers or a construction site.
However if it is an HR manager,finance or marketing manager, I think both male and female stand equal, and it depends on the capability of the individual.

Female Managers have some constraint because of home, which is nt there in the case of male Managers
