Madhya Pradesh Management Entrance Test [MP - MET] is conducted each year by Professional Examination Board (PEB), Bhopal for the admission into various Post Graduate Management programs offered by different colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The post graduate management programmes include full time and part time MBA Programmes. The duration of the course will be two hours. The courses offered by this institute are AICTE approved courses. MP-MET exam provides an opportunity for large number of students who want to pursue a post graduate management degree. So many candidates apply for the test each year.
Structure of MP – MET
The admission process includes a written test, group discussion and a personal interview. . The test is conducted mainly to evaluate the candidates’ managerial skills for doing a Management course. The format of the written test will be of objective type. The test consists of 200 questions which should be completed within 165 minutes. It includes questions from six different sections. Three marks will be awarded for each correct answer. The candidates can answer all the questions. Those who pass the written test will be selected for the group discussion and interview. 80% marks will be for the written test, 10% marks for the group discussion and remaining 10% marks for their performance in Interview.

Section 1: Reading Comprehension (30 Questions)
Section 2: Verbal & Writing ability (60 questions)
Section 3: Numerical ability (50 Questions)
Section 4: Business Data Interpretation (20 Questions)
Section 5: Data sufficiency (20 Questions)
Section 6: Business Judgment (20 Questions)
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who have a Bachelors Degree or post graduate Degree from any University approved by UGC/AICTE can apply for the test. The general category students must have secured 50% marks and the SC/ST candidates have 40% marks in their qualifying exam. The students who have a bachelor’s degree from an AIU recognized foreign University can also apply for the exam. The last year degree students are eligible for attending the test. They have to produce all eligibility proofs at the time of the admission.
How to Apply?
The candidates can obtain the form and prospectus from the Professional Examination Board of Bhopal by the cash payment of Rs.1500/-. The form can also obtained by post by sending the Demand Draft of Rs.1500/-. The candidates have also an option for the online registration for the exam through the website www.vyapam.nic.in, www.mponline.gov.in. Those candidates have to pay their exam fee of Rs.1550/- by credit card, debit card or through the net banking services.
How to fill the Form?
All the instructions for the form filling will be mentioned in the prospectus. The candidates have to look through it at the time of form filling. Any mistakes in the entered data lead to the rejection of the form. So the candidates have to take proper care at the time of form filling. The fee payment details should be filled in the form. The demand draft should be send along with the application form. The filled form should be sent to the Controller of Professional Examination Board in Bhopal.

For scoring good marks in the MP MET exam the candidates have to work hard. First the candidates have to develop a deep idea about the topics mentioned in the syllabus. Categorize the topics into tough and easy portions. Give more time to study tough and important portions. It helps them to score good marks in the exam. Give two or three hours regularly for preparing for the exam. After preparing for the exam, spend some time for revising the previously covered topics.
