my project is implementation of Information System for evaluation of Training Program in a Port (Harbour).

suggest me which Database package (MS-SQL, Oracle, or MS Access) can be used for this purpose and its advantages. I have chosen MS-SQL

Total employees in Port Being Trained is 8000.
Database has to be created for 8000.
Number of employees trained per year is 3000
Per month 300 employees are trained.

Till now records are maintained only in Paper.

Put any other valuable suggestion.
