Layer 3 (L3) - Following L3 signaling messages will be supported in MINS BSC Subsystem, which will be sent or received on logical channels f-csch & r-csch.


Same way the user traffic messages will be carried on logical channels f-dsch & r-dsch.


When message is passed to the L3 from the call processing then L3 will add a header to the message.
