KIITEE Management Entrance Examination - 2009 - KIIT University

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) at graduation can apply. The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree.

In case the University/Institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing obtained CGPA with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant with 100.

Those who are in the final year and expect to complete all the requirements of graduation before June 30, 2009 can also apply.

Application Procedure:
Application Form will be available on payment of Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of KIIT School of Management” or “KIIT School of Rural Management, as the case may be, payable at Bhubaneswar, through following sources: Admission Co-coordinators, KIIT School of Rural Management, Bhubaneswar, KIIT School of Management campuses in Pune & Bangalore Information Centre - KIIT University, Chintan Building, Campus-IV, Bhubaneswar Selected Branches of Allahabad Bank. The form can also be downloaded from the website :: Welcome to KIIT University :: or KIIT UNIVERSITY or KIIT::UNIVERSITY or KIIT School of Rural Management. The procedure for submitting downloaded application form is same as described above.

Candidates can also register for KIITEE-MANAGEMENT 2009 online by logging on to KIIT UNIVERSITY. The completed application form should reach the Director Admissions, KIIT University on or before 24th Nov. 2008 Applications without requisite fees will not be accepted. Candidates applying to both the schools will fill one form and pay application fee of Rs. 2000.

Admission:
All eligible candidates will have to appear for the written test, i.e., KIITEE-MANAGEMENT comprising five sections: English Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Reasoning and Analytical Skills, General Knowledge and Issues of Social Concern. The test will be conducted on 14th December, 2008 at 40 Test Centres. Candidates selected on the basis of the written test will be invited for group discussions and personal interviews with the Institute’s faculty at Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, Kolkata, New Delhi and Pune at the end of February 2009. The MBA and MRM 2009-2011 will begin on June 02, 2009 and all the selected candidates must report at the School by that date. All qualified candidates shall be called for group discussions (GD) & personal interview (PI) by the concerned school. The final selection shall be based on the performance in KIITEE-Management, GD, PI & career score.
