<h1>Kickass : Torrents is down</h1>
PIRACY SITE-WHACK-A-MOLE fans be mindful, while The Pirate Bay has reemerged adversary outfit Kickass Torrents has gone under.
The Pirate Bay is once again, in some structure or an alternate. It is there, it is live, yet it has a fairly dreadful smell about it. That odor is the stench of trick, with numerous individuals theorizing that the phoenix site is only a FBI honeypot.
A Whois lookup confirms this fact, saying that the .so version of the site is 'banned'.
Kickass Torrents, which UK internet users cannot easily access, does have a Togan .to domain that it can fall back on, and according to TorrentFreak it appears to have done just that, meaning it can be found at Kickass.to.
The UK High Court ordered a block on access to the site, along with two other similar resources, in February 2013
"Like The Pirate Bay, these websites are profiting illegally from distributing music that isn't theirs, without permission and without paying a penny to the musicians, writers and producers who created it. It is plain wrong," said a BPI spokesperson at the time.
"The existence of these sites damages the growth of Britain's burgeoning digital music sector. We have therefore asked Britain's six biggest ISPs to block access to the sites."
