A good profile.. more importantly a profile which best suits specification is not very easy to get.U always dont bump upon your choice of work..

its very essential to work and do what you like to and where the future prospects are good. Money follows..


good package has been a motivation..but one shud analyse the other vital aspects to it.

Well i think it resembles to the previous thread which someone posted "'what would one choose - challenging job, good boss or nice compensation".

Here ill choose a good profile with 'not so good pay' coz one should be more interested and satisfied with his work. Salary is important and plays a major role with experience.
 
For me its the PROFILE that matters must but even the pay should be at par if not more than the industry standard. Along with it its the work environment that prevails which adds to the profile and also the responsibilities and authority matters.

And as mentioned by Kalpana money will follow later but its the profile and the pleasure you get working in your desired profile.
 
Well i will prefer good job profile because i think a job profile is much more for individual specially for the management students because good job profile always give you chance to earn the good bucks initially if we are fresher in the market we must not run for good bucks but we should look for a good job profile because if we will have good job profile it will also pay for us in good pay also ya it can take time but good repo and social status is more than anything
I would like to be a average earning manager than high earning salesman. JOB PROFILE MATTERS MORE THAN PAY
 
in between that we can think in that time most important
if need money than but also good pay
but if need good standard in society or org then we need good job
 
I would like to go for that job in which job satisfaction i there no matter wats the pay scale since there is no use of working in the firm whr the pay is high but job satisfaction is not thr.............

umm.......if one gets a gud job profile...hes bound to get a gud package as wel later on.....if a gud amount of authority and responsibilty is endowned on sum1...the money will automatically flow in wid it...so i wud suggest dat always go in for a gud job profile....coz its gona b dat profile that is goin to take u places....money has to follow..so for the time being we can forget abt that aspect for gud.. :) :D
