It is better to be a follower than a leader.

leadership and initiative is a quality which is always looked for in an individual in any feild of work. they have an edge over their counterparts. it may be betterto follow but we can put it this way that we must learn from the experience of others and make a new path for ourselves
 
No one remember follower however, followers are the asset to drive any change but leaders are the one whom people remember because they are accountable and they take all the responsibilities on their shoulder and if they succeed then they will register their name in history but, if they lose then they will tarnish their image in history. It is always better to be leader instead of being follower.
