IS STEALING REPORTS A GOOD THING?

well bro stealing anything is not a good thing...
but there is difference between SHARING and STEALING... yes or no friend,...
and as far as we are talking about MP over here people share their project report so that the person who is not having much ideas or knowledge about project study can use it as REFERENCE but not COPY PASTING the direct material...
 
It can be good or bad. If you just do it all the time without putting in any effort yourself it can become a habit. You don't really learn anything that way.

Well. What I meant was that people share their reports for knowledge but most of the interested party end up using it directly just making minor changes to it. For this, I believe the whole report must not be available for viewing but only a part of it so that one can get the idea about the report.
 
it is not a good thing but any one can go through old reports for reference before before starting any new project so that a summary can be made which may become a foundation for further study or old reports can provide a guide lines for the new project in addition old reports may need further analysis and elaboration
